Product Introduction

       The rockwool (DFSL series, DFSR series) used for marine composite panels by Dongfang is a core material specially developed for marine composite panels. It has excellent tensile and compressive properties, extremely low water absorption and moisture absorption rates, and non combustible combustion performance. The DFSL series is cut along the length direction of the DFSR series. The DFSL series is cut along the length direction of the DFSR series. The fiber direction of the SL series should be perpendicular to the metal plate during use, in order to achieve higher mechanical strength and a smoother surface.

          Dongfang uses rockwool pipe shells (DFMPS series) for insulation of various pipelines in ships or offshore platforms. For the convenience of construction, one side of the pipe shell should be completely cut open, and the opposite side should be cut open with a seam, with a depth of about 2/3 of the thickness. The outer surface of the pipe shell can be polished to make its thickness uniform, and the surface can be covered with veneer materials such as aluminum foil and fiberglass cloth according to requirements.
